Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, December 2021 Events

The first Lethal Adversaries activities wrapped off today, kicking off the December events. Players will also be able to participate in the unique Horcrux Hunt Event, which begins today. The rest of the month is jam-packed with an intriguing mix of regular content rotation, special new events, and even a one-of-a-kind end-of-the-month activity in Harry Potter Wizards Unite to commemorate the end-of-year holiday season.

NOTE: As per Niantic, they will be confirming the new event schedules after Patch 2.20. CLICK HERE for the official statement.

December 2021 Events

December has arrived, which means Harry Potter: Wizards Unite fans can begin planning for a slew of new events coming to the mobile AR game over the next four weeks as the game’s final month begin. The rest of the year’s plans have been made public, so don’t expect too many surprises as the holidays approach.

Many of the events will almost certainly include the usual long list of tasks and rewards to achieve in exchange for unique in-game awards, so fans should keep an eye out in the days leading up to each of the game’s events for all of those details to surface.

Constance’s Lament Brilliant Event Part 2
  • Monday, November 29th at 11 a.m. PT through Friday, December 3rd at 11 a.m.
  • Constance defends herself in front of Harry and Hermione. In the meantime, the surge themes surrounding Ron’s sixth year at Hogwarts bring back even more of his adult memories.

Bellatrix Lestrange Lethal Adversaries Event
  • From 11 a.m. on Friday, December 3 through 11 a.m. on Monday, December 6
  • The Unforgivable Curses are being taught by Lethal Bellatrix Lestrange Adversaries. Now is the time to fend against these demons!

Horcrux Hunt Event Part 1
(DELAYED)

 
  • From 11 a.m. PT on Monday, December 6 until 11 a.m. PT on Friday, December 10
  • The Calamity sinks into the abyss, bringing memories of Voldemort’s Horcruxes with it. Relive the quest for them, but be wary of those who lurk in the shadows.

1920s Wizarding World Convergence
(DELAYED)

 
  • Monday, December 6th at 11 a.m. PT through Monday, December 13th at 11 a.m.
  • Collect Fragments for the new 1920s Registry Page and unlock unique Portmanteaus.

Voldemort Lethal Adversaries Event Part 1
(AWAITING NIANTIC RESCHEDULE)

 
  • From 11 a.m. on Friday, December 10 through 11 a.m. on Monday, December 13
  • The Dark Lord Voldemort-like adversaries have been spotted all across the planet. As you fend off these deadly foes, exercise utmost caution.

The Battle for Secrecy Brilliant Event Part 1
(AWAITING NIANTIC RESCHEDULE)

 

 
  • Monday, December 13th at 11 a.m. PT through Friday, December 17th at 11 a.m.
  • While trying to persuade Constance not to divulge magic to Muggles, Harry and Hermione seek to restore the last of Ron’s memory. Will they be able to persuade her that the Wizarding and Muggle worlds should be kept separate?

The Battle for Secrecy Brilliant Event Part 2

  • From Monday, December 27th at 11 a.m. to Friday, December 31st at 11 a.m.
  • As if on cue, the long-anticipated Grim Fawley appears.

    Do you even play or pay attention? It’s one thing to report the scheduled events. It’s another thing to say an event has wrapped up that never even happened in the game. I’m trying to find up to date information since Wizards Unite doesn’t update their Twitter, and reading false news is not helpful.

      Hi, Carly. So sorry to hear that you think this is false news. Actually, the information came from the official community forum. As per the rescheduled events:
      “We are waiting on the release of the 2.20 update to confirm the remainder of the December calendar. We will update this post when that is finalized.”
