Hogwarts Legacy & Gotham Knights Might Actually Come This 2022
There’s good news for Harry Potter and DC Superhero fans alike. Both Hogwarts Legacy and Gotham Knights will be launched later this year, as revealed by WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar. However, neither has a specific release date yet. Speculations have been circulating that both titles will be delayed again, but a source recently stated that Legacy would release in 2022. Now, we can officially corroborate with the remarks that Kilar has revealed.
“This mission, this strategy continues in ‘22 with a sense of urgency: launching HBO Max in many more countries this quarter and the balance of the year, launching CNN+, delivering of a full slate of highly anticipated games.”

As you can see in the linked tweet, the 2022 plan specifies a list full of highly anticipated games. It includes both Hogwarts Legacy and Gotham Knights. We wouldn’t be surprised if we learn more about its developments in the future.
Hogwarts Legacy
A major premise of the game is that it will put us in a setting where we must make difficult choices throughout the game. This sounds a lot like what we saw in The Witcher 3, but there have been no further details released about how the system works or the extent of the consequences of our choices, so we will have to wait to find out more.
Gotham Knights
For those who have appreciated the Arkham saga, this game is a must-have, even if its tale will be distinctive and independent from those of the comics or earlier games.

In my writing role, I've earned recognition from Wikipedia and Nev Schulman (Catfish TV Show host) for my insightful analysis and engaging narrative style. I'm passionate about all things gaming, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for uncovering hidden secrets within games. My gaming journey began at a young age, captivated by titles like Resident Evil and Tomb Raider. Today, I enjoy exploring open-world RPGs and MMORPGs, consumed by their lore and crafting theories about their narratives. I'm also drawn to the suspenseful atmosphere of horror games and the intricate narratives of crime-themed titles, bringing a unique perspective to my writing. Beyond gaming, I have a fascination with anything unexplained and chilling, a passion that often spills over into my exploration of horror games. When I'm not engrossed in a virtual world, you can find me curled up and spending time with my adorable doggy sidekick, Teemo. As Managing Editor, I'm committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our writing team. I communicate openly with my team members, addressing any content-related issues and providing guidance to help them excel.
