How to use Valorant Maps on CSGO?
It’s no secret that CSGO has paved the way for shooter games like Valorant. However, Valorant presents a new feature to the mix with the abilities assigned to each agent. So if you’re feeling nostalgic and want to use Valorant maps on CSGO, here’s how to do just that.
Valorant is one of the most popular 5-v-5 shooter games nowadays. But we can’t deny that sometimes we just want to go back to our roots, CSGO. Here, you don’t have to worry about agents with abilities outsmarting you.
How can I play on Valorant maps with CSGO?
If you’ve been playing Valorant for a while, you know there are times when you just want an old-fashioned match-up without all the abilities. Did you know that you can actually do that in CSGO? Plus, CSGO has been free to download for a few years now.

So if you want to bring classic Valorant maps to a classic game like CSGO, here’s everything you need to do to achieve this. Additionally, the upside to this is you’ll feel like you’re actually in Valorant while you’re on CSGO! Confusing, I know, but it makes sense.
Steps to follow
- Go to the Steam Workshop page for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. You can find it by clicking on this link
- Log into your Steam account if you’re not logged in yet
- Choose which map you want to play on
- Don’t worry if there are only three maps available. So far, these are the best Valorant maps to try if you want to play it on CSGO
- Before launching CSGO, make sure to press the “Subscribe” button so it will be added to your game
- After logging into CSGO, look for the workshop maps from the dropdown menu
- Once you find it, you’re now free to choose which map you want to use from the collection you subscribed to
Although there may be other talented players bringing in other Valorant maps in Counter-Strike, we believe these three have been polished to perfection. The map for Bind even has the teleporters up and running, so you’ll have a great time buzzing in from A to B or vice versa.

Furthermore, you can explore the Steam Workshop for other CSGO maps that you may want to try out.
So far, there are a lot of options for every gamer out there. Once you’re done trying out the Valorant-themed maps, take your time to find another map that catches your eye.
CSGO and Valorant are two different games with some similarities
It’s nice to take a break from playing Valorant from time to time. And like we said, there’s no better way to do it than going back to CSGO and engaging in some old-fashioned gun fights.
Although it may seem and feel weird to play as a Counter-Terrorist in a place like Haven or Bind, trust us when we say it’s enjoyable. And even though CSGO doesn’t have the vibrant colors as Valorant does, it doesn’t mean the gameplay is not enjoyable.

Let us know if you’ll try your hand at these maps and if you think the developer did a good job at recreating the Valorant maps. You can find other maps on Steam Workshop for CSGO if you’re done trying out the Valorant ones.
Also, feel free to let us know of other maps which other CSGO players can enjoy. We would love to try it out ourselves.
