iOS 16.4.1 includes the following improvements and bug fixes:
- The emoji keyboard includes 21 new emojis of animals, hand gestures, and objects.
- Web app notifications are now displayed on the home screen.
- Voice isolation for cellular calls enhances your voice and blocks out ambient noise around you.
- The Duplicates album can detect duplicate photos and videos in a shared iCloud Photo Library.
- Maps in the Weather app now include support for VoiceOver.
- A new accessibility setting automatically dims videos if flickering lights or strobe effects are detected.
- Visual consultation is now available in Central and South America.
- Fixes an issue that could cause Ask to Buy requests from minors to not display on parent devices.
- Fixed issues that caused Matter-enabled thermostats to stop responding when paired with Apple Home.
- Optimizations for crash detection are included on iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro.
iOS 16.4 includes important bug fixes and security updates for your iPhone such as:
- The pushing hands emoji did not display other skin tones.
- Siri was unresponsive in some cases.
