Mafia: Definitive Edition Gets Delayed to September
Video game publisher 2K has delayed the upcoming remake of their first Mafia game – Mafia: Definitive Edition which was supposed to launch on the 28th of August is now launching on the 25th of September. To make up for the unexpected postpone, 2K has announced an official gameplay reveal dated 22nd of July on their official blog post.
Hanger 13, a subsidiary organisation of 2K, is currently working on the remake. The game was announced way back on May 20th along with Mafia 2 Definitive Edition and Mafia 3 Definitive Edition, bundled together as the Mafia trilogy. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, many studios including CD Projekt Red had to delay their games.
