Marvel Studios' Daredevil is in Development

Marvel Studios’ Daredevil is confirmed to be in development for Disney Plus. This is coming from a report by Variety which suggests that both Matt Corman and Chris Ord are attached to write and executive produce the show.

Multiple rumors previously stated that Daredevil could be coming back for a reboot show. All of this started after the appearance of Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock in “Spiderman No Way Home”. We also got to see Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk in the recent Disney Plus show “Hawkeye”.

While Marvel hasn’t announced anything yet, there are high chances of the show getting an official announcement this year. There even have been a lot of rumors about Matt Murdock making a cameo in the upcoming Disney Plus show “She-Hulk”.

There are basically a lot of fan theories that suggest that Matt could be coming back. While it hasn’t been officially confirmed, there are high chances of this happening. We are not yet sure if Matt would be seen in his classic costume. But if not, there are chances of him being in a different costume this time.

How did Marvel Studios’ Daredevil Season 3 end?

In case you haven’t watched the Daredevil show on Netflix, there’s still a lot for you to recap. The third and last season of Daredevil ended with Wilson Fisk being brought down by Matt Murdock, Karen Page, and more.

We got to see Fisk who agreed to return to prison in return for Matt not exposing Fisk’s beloved wife Vanessa. Lastly, Murdock reunited with Karen Page and his best friend Foggy Nelson. He also made it clear that he would like to work with them again.

Daredevil Reboot on Disney Plus

While it is confirmed that Corman and Ord would be writing the show. It should also be noted that they are famous for creating the USA Network series “Covert Affairs” starring Piper Perabo and Christopher Gorham which aired for five seasons.

They most recently worked on the NBC drama series “The Enemy Within” and “The Brave” as executive producers and co-showrunners.

There are also a lot of unanswered questions now as considering Daredevil is getting a new show, there are also chances for other Netflix shows to also get started up again. The list of the Netflix shows includes Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and The Punisher. Since the show isn’t announced officially, it is also hard to tell if the Daredevil series going to be a reboot or if they would pick up right from where they left off.
