Heads up, Minecraft players! Mojang has partnered up with Nickelodeon to bring all the iconic things we love about Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra into the world of Minecraft. In the new DLC, there are tons of new content to enjoy. Aside from skins, players also have access to new quests and challenges. Master the four elements in the Minecraft x Avatar Legends DLC
The Avatar DLC brings an immersive experience to players wanting to know what it feels like to be like Aang. You have the choice to play as either your favorite character from the animated series, or you can stick with your own Minecraft character. Either way, you can embark on quests and challenges that will put your element-bending skills to the test. And did we mention that you’ll unlock new bending techniques with the Avatar DLC in Minecraft? How awesome is that, right?!
- The Avatar Legends pack includes more than 50 skins, all of which are familiar to fans of The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra. Among these 50+ skins are Aang, Zuko, Korra, Katara, and even Iroh!
- Appa and Momo, Aang’s beloved sidekicks are also part of the DLC. However, it doesn’t seem like they will be performing the same way that mobs do in Minecraft. Nonetheless, we’re more than happy to have Aang’s buddies traveling with us across the four nations
- The quests and challenges included in the Avatar DLC for Minecraft are not required for players looking to chill and relax with the game. However, you will need to complete them if you plan on mastering the four elements and becoming the next Avatar
Where to get the DLC
Right now, the Avatar DLC is available on the official Minecraft site. Do keep in mind that this is a separate purchase from the game. To buy it, players need 1340 Minecraft Coins in their account. You can also make the purchase directly from the Marketplace in your game if you can’t wait any longer to dive into the world of Avatar!
- The Minecraft pack is created by Gamemode One. If that name seems familiar to you, then you may have seen their other works being used by Minecraft players! Some of their top Minecraft packs aside from the Avatar DLC are Sonic the Hedgehog and How to Train Your Dragon
