Missing Prismatic Subclass in Destiny 2? Bungie Confirms Fix
Bungie has acknowledged that there is an issue affecting players who completed the Transmigration mission before the most recent update. These players could be lacking the Prismatic subclass, a new addition to the game.
The Problem: The issue prevents players from accessing the Prismatic subclass despite finishing the prerequisite quest, the Transmigration mission.
The Solution: Bungie has come up with a simple solution. You must replay the mission solo. When you finish the mission, the subclass unlocks and is properly saved in your character menu.
What Bungie Recommends
Before replaying the mission, Bungie recommends verifying if the Prismatic subclass is truly missing from your character menu.
Prismatic Subclass in Destiny 2
The Prismatic subclass breaks beyond conventional subclass confines in Destiny 2. Here are some examples of its uniqueness:
- Key Feature: It allows Guardians to wield the powers of Light and Dark simultaneously.
- Customization: Offers extensive customization options by letting players choose abilities from across existing subclasses (grenades, melees, Supers, movement abilities, and even class abilities).
- Transcendence
- Prismatic Grenade Options (Transcendent): Electrified Snare (Titan), Hailfire Spike (Hunter), and Freezing Singularity (Warlock).
- New Prismatic Fragments (Facets): Awakening, Blessing, Command, Courage, Devotion, Honor, Mending, Sacrifice, and Solitude.
Bungie encourages players to follow official channels if there are any further developments or clarifications regarding the Prismatic subclass or the Transmigration mission.
