For patch 1.7.18, it seems that Moonton has focused more on adjusting marksman units like Lesley, Moskov, and Wanwan. Here are the official patch notes from the advanced server of Mobile Legends:

Hero Adjustments

  • Lesley

Lesley is one of the widely used marksman units in Mobile Legends. In the next patch, players who main this hero can expect her Passive to be more solid. Moonton aims to balance Lesley’s performance throughout every match by adjusting the damage output of her abilities.

Passive (Adjusted)

    • New Effect: Lethal Shot crits now deal True Damage.
    • Base Crit Damage: Reduced to 140%
    • Each Point of Fixed Physical Penetration: 0.5% Percentage Physical Penetration Converted >> 0.5% Crit Chance Converted
    • Damage: 120% Physical Attack >> 110% Physical Attack

Skill 1 (Adjusted)

    • Extra Physical Attack: 75-200 >> 85-110
  • Joy

Similar to Lesley, Joy is getting adjusted in the next patch according to the patch notes from Mobile Legends’ Advanced Server. Her perfect rhythm bonus is boosted but if you mess up the rhythm, there will be reduced damage dealt to enemies.

Skill 2 (Nerfed)

    • Damage: 230-355 + 80% Magic Power >> 180-280 + 60% Magic Power
    • Perfect Rhythm Damage Bonus: 60% >> 100%

Ultimate (Buffed)

    • New Effect: Casting her Ultimate after a Skill 2 cast with the perfect rhythm grants Joy 40% Magic Lifesteal.

  • Fredrinn

One of the latest heroes added to Mobile Legends is Fredrinn. According to patch notes from the Advanced Server, this Mobile Legends hero is getting buffed. The casting experience of some of his skills is getting optimized for better gameplay overall.

Skill 1 (Buffed)

    • Slightly reduced cast backswing time.

Skill 2 (Buffed)

    • Fixed an issue where the dash would end as he hit an enemy behind him. (This will make the skill a more reliable escape tool)

Ultimate (Buffed)

    • Greatly reduced cast backswing time.

Instead of removing the ability of Natalia to reveal herself to enemy players, Moonton has buffed this feature in the next Mobile Legends patch. Natalia mains can expect a buff in the next update.

Passive (Buffed)

    • New Effect: Natalia cannot be targeted by lock-on skills or Basic Attacks when seen by an enemy.

In the next update, Wanwan users need to be strategic in attacking enemy players if they want to stack her attacks. On the other hand, this lowers Wanwan’s chances of getting banned during draft picks.

Ultimate (Nerfed)

    • Her Ultimate can no longer be used on any target after breaking an enemy’s Weaknesses but must be used on that target.
  • Bruno

In Patch 1.7.18 of Mobile Legends, they are giving Bruno a nerf by optimizing how he catches his ball.

Skill 1 (Buffed)

    • Bruno now gains 30% extra Movement Speed for 0.5 seconds when his Powerball hits an enemy.
  • Julian

Julian’s Passive cooldown increases by almost a second in the next Mobile Legends patch.

    • Damage: 125-250 + 28% Physical Attack >> 135-260 + 30% Physical Attack

Pharsa gets nerfed in the next update as Moonton changes the damage output of her Ultimate.

As for the final hero with adjustments in the next Mobile Legends patch, Alice also gets a nerf.

Ultimate (Nerfed)

    • Percent Damage Dealt to Non-hero Units Based on Max HP: Capped at 600

Battlefield Adjustments

  • If there are no enemy minions near the base, it has a higher Damage Reduction according to the upcoming patch.
  • Moonton has optimized the controls on Beatrix’s Renner. In the upcoming Mobile Legends patch, players can swipe to see the indicator while she reloads the weapon. The indicator will be red while she reloads.
  • When using Fanny’s second skill, the Camera Shift is optimized in the next update. After the update launches, the camera correctly pans in the designated directions.
  • Casting Valir’s second skill is optimized in the next update. If the casting is successful or not, this is displayed in the animation.
  • Optimized the cast of Zhask’s Skill 3. Zhask will now cast laser when the Nightmaric Spawn does.

System Adjustments

  • A hero’s portrait will now be used by default for the hero display and selection phase when you receive a new hero but haven’t downloaded HD models.
  • Moonton optimized the auto-translation feature for both the in-battle and lobby chat in Mobile Legends.
  • If you are friends with a Mythic player, you have the ability to see their Placement and Division.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Ling’s Skill 1 would go on cooldown but he would remain on the wall when controlled mid-flight.
  • Fixed an issue where the visual effect of Badang’s Skill 2 would disappear.
  • Fixed an issue where the enemy couldn’t see the warning effect of Vexana’s Ultimate when used from the bush.

How can I join the Advanced Server for Mobile Legends?

If you want early access to unreleased content in Mobile Legends, then you should try being part of the Advanced Server. All the patch notes for Mobile Legends version 1.7.18 come from the Advanced Server where players also get to test and try out new heroes.

So if you’re interested to join, follow the simple steps below to sign up:

  1. The Advanced Server is only open to players residing in Southeast Asia. Moonton also requires players interested in joining to have an MLBB account at Level 15 or higher.
  2. Go to the Customer Service tab in Mobile Legends. This is the icon of the person with a headset at the top of your screen. From there, scroll down the screen until you see the option to apply for the Advanced Server.
  3. Fill in the application form and then submit it.
  4. Finally, you need to wait until Mobile Legends’ Customer Service reaches out to you about the Advanced Server application. There are two possibilities: you get in or your application is rejected.

If you successfully become part of the Advanced Server, click on the ‘Switch Server’ button to access future content in Mobile Legends. Also, remember to bind your account in your Account Settings to reduce the risk of losing your progress.
