Nintendo Switch Pro Could Arrive in September According To Bloomberg

BY JC Paredes 5 years AGO 2 MIN READ

As reported by Bloomberg, Nintendo’s next-generation Switch may be released in September or October, just in time for the festive season. It’s possible that the enhanced device will be unveiled ahead of the E3 convention on June 12th, with production beginning in July.

The first reports of an improved Switch gained interest in 2018. The speculation was that Nintendo will replace the LCD with an OLED model. According to the newest leaks, the “Switch Pro” (or whichever it’ll be named) will have a 7-inch 720p OLED display. As well as an NVIDIA Tegra with DLSS, allowing it to perform 4K to a TV.

Since its release, the Switch has remained primarily untouched, though it was casually updated in 2019 with improved battery life. Due to supply disruptions in key elements such as memory and processors, the existing Switch model has been difficult to find. As seems to be the case with other electrical gadgets.

Despite these challenges, Nintendo’s manufacturers are said to be “confident” in their ability to meet orders for the next-generation Switch.

E3 Direct

The major question is, when will Nintendo its latest console public? The prevailing assumption is that it will do so during E3 this year, although the Japanese company has yet to disclose when its annual E3 Direct will take place.Nintendo Switch
