Oxenfree Developer Wants You To Outdrink Satan In Their New Game ‘Afterparty’
Night School Studio – the developers behind Oxenfree are now working on an adventure game called “Afterparty” where you’ll need to outdrink Satan in order to escape hell. To be released in 2019, Afterparty is all about getting wasted while trying to escape hell.
The game starts off with Lola and Millo, a pair of college kids and besties who finally get near the end of their college life. Weirdly and unexpectedly, they both die together and find themselves stranded in front of Satan’s doorsteps. Later, while trying to figure and clear out the mess, they find out the only way to get out of hell, i.e. by outdrinking Satan. If they do so, they’ll be granted re-entry to Earth.

Thus begins the adventures of Milo and Lola as they break into Satan’s place for a heavy late-night party in hell where their ultimate goal is to convince Satan for a drinking game and later defeat him to gain the tickets back to Earth. The devs furthermore gave IGN some more in-depth look at the game, offering other details regarding gameplay and stuff.
Similar to Oxenfree, Afterparty is a narrative adventure game, where you get to control more than a single character.
Currently, Night School Studio is maintaining silence and haven’t shared any new detail in a while. Nevertheless, Afterparty is definitely a game to keep an eye on. This ‘come-and-drink’ game will release in 2019. Make sure to subscribe to our push-notifications to stay updated with more of Afterparty. Until next time, Happy Gaming!
