Spotlight Hour
Spotlight Hours are from 6:00 – 7:00PM in your time zone, which means there’s always a possibility of catching something surprising during that time. Spotlight Hours, of course, do not occur on a daily basis. They’re usually held once a week on a specific day. Niantic hasn’t said when the July hours will be available, but we’ll update this article as soon as we find out.

In June, Dwebble, Abra, and Slowpoke were among the Pokemon who received attention. Other prevalent Pokemon are likely to appear, and a Bidoof takeover is not out of the question.
Because the time is the same in all time zones, gamers won’t have to get up at the break of dawn to participate in the event. The majority of gamers should be available between 6-7 p.m.
July Spotlight Hour
- The Spotlight Hours in June 2021 are a great indicator of when they’ll occur in July.
- Each Tuesday, they take place, and the spotlight is usually on a varying Pokemon. They’re basically the only thing you’ll see for an hour, making it ideal for catching loads and boosting for Candies.
- Whatever Pokemon will show up in July’s Spotlight Hours is unknown. Niantic, on the other hand, designated July as Bidoof Month. Inside one of the Spotlight Hours, you can almost count on seeing the lovable Normal-type Pokemon.
