Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Fossil Pokemon- Cranidos and Shieldon, Where To Find

In Poke Legends: Arceus, fossil Pokémon Cranidos and Shieldon exist. Only if the conditions in this guide are met may these Pokémon be caught or spotted. But first, we need to learn more about the origins of these incredible Pokémons.

Cranidos & Shieldon

Cranidos is a gray dinosaur-like Pokémon with a Pachycephalosaurus-like appearance. It has a hooked beak, crimson irises, and a hard, blue dome-shaped head on its back with four spikes. Cranidos has three claws on its stubby limbs and can attack with them despite their stubbiness. It features a big, spiky blue pattern on the rear half of its body, as well as a short tail. It has three claws facing forward and one claw facing backward on its foot.

Shieldon is a ceratopsian-like Pokémon with a tiny golden body. Its toes are white, and its back has a white hump. Shieldon’s face is dark gray, with a pronounced white brow and a white rim around its black snout. Its facial hide is highly tough, but when struck from behind, it is susceptible.

Fossil Pokémons

Unlike its predecessors, Pokemon Legends: Arceus makes catching all of the Pokemon in its region a requirement. Some Pokemon are more difficult to locate than others. The Sinnoh region’s Fossil Pokemon, Cranidos and Shieldon, can be captured in Hisui because Pokemon Legends: Arceus is set in the past.

Cranidos and Shieldon can only be encountered in one place in Hisui, and they won’t appear until you’re halfway through the main plot. Cranidos and Shieldon, as well as their evolutions, are among Hisui’s 239 Pokemon that must be seen to catch Arceus.

Location

After soothing Kleavor in the Obisidian Fieldlands, Hisui will begin to experience weird space-time anomalies. You will receive a message at the top of your screen when distortion is beginning to form.

After then, the map will show the space-time distortion. The distortion’s huge, dome-like shape will let you know you’re near one.

Distortions can take a long time to fully develop, and they usually stay approximately five minutes before vanishing in real-time.

Rare Pokemon that aren’t found in Hisui will begin to appear once they have formed. Cranidos and Shieldon are two of the Pokemon listed.

The Fossil Pokemon, on the other hand, does not appear in any distortions. Each region has its own set of Pokemon space-time distortions.

You can only find Cranidos and Shieldon in the Coronet Highlands. They, like any space-time distortion Pokemon, will attack if they detect trainers.
