Sprigatito: Grass Cat Pokemon
Nintendo describes Sprigatito as the ‘The capricious, attention-seeking Grass Cat Pokémon.’. The Grass-type Pokemon’s English name is a combination of the words “sprig” and “gatito,” which is the Spanish word for a kitten.
Sprigatito may have been inspired by the Spanish plant “cat thyme,” which has similar characteristics to catnip but has pink blossoms. Sprigatito’s eyes are a similar shade of pink to cat thyme blooms.

Fuecoco: Fire Croc Pokemon
Fuecoco seems to need a Scoville meter rating due to its red hot and chili-looking colors. On the official Pokémon Scarlet and Violet website, Fuecoco is defined as “the laid-back Fire Croc Pokémon that does things at its own leisure.”
Fuecoco is a combination of the words “fuego” and “coco,” the former of which means “fire” in Spanish. While many people compared Fuecoco to an “apple dragon” (there is an apple in the trailer too), it’s essentially a crocodile with a pepper-like form. Peppers are used in spicy cuisine, in conformity with its Fire-type, which led people to people believing that Fuecoco’s facial markings may lead to an evolution resembling a ghost pepper.

Quaxly: Water Duckling Pokemon
Looks like someone can now rival Psyduck in terms of looks (haha). Well, Quaxly looks more elegant. Nintendo describes Quaxly as ‘The earnest and tidy Duckling Pokémon.’.
Quaxly’s name is most likely inspired by “agua”, the Spanish word for Aqua, with the addition of “quack”, the duck sound. The Pokemon’s “hair” style could be inspired by both crested birds and the quiff haircut.
