PS Plus January 2022 Possible Game List

BY JC Paredes 4 years AGO 2 MIN READ

It’s getting increasingly usual for the next month’s PS Plus games to be disclosed before the end of December before Sony even announces the list of free games for PS5 and PS4 users. This problem has resurfaced today on the French website DeadLabs, where user Billbill-Kun, who has previously published the PS Plus games for prior months, has leaked the alleged PS Plus games for January 2022.

January 2022 Possible Game List

  • Persona 5 Strikers for PlayStation 4
  • DIRT 5 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5
  • Deep Rock Galactic for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5

It’s worth noting that Deep Rock Galactic has yet to verify its PS5 launch date after exiting the Early Access phase on Xbox and PC, despite its managers posting a photo on Twitter awaiting a possible debut in January 2022 on Sony’s system, lending credibility to this rumor.

We would like to point out that this information is still speculative. PS Plus titles are usually announced one week before they launch, which will be January 3, 2022. (the day PS Plus games for December will no longer be available).

Regardless of how successful the leaks from past months have been, we cannot conclude that these will be the free titles for PS5 and PS4 members until the company formally announces them. For the time being, we may continue to play the PS Plus titles for December, which feature Godfall Challenger Edition, Mortal Shell, and LEGO DC Super-Villains.

Since March 2021, I've worn two hats at Spiel Times: a writer and a Managing Editor. In my writing role, I've earned recognition from Wikipedia and Nev Schulman (Catfish TV Show host) for my insightful analysis and engaging narrative style. I'm passionate about all things gaming, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for uncovering hidden secrets within games. My gaming journey began at a young age, captivated by titles like Resident Evil and Tomb Raider. Today, I enjoy exploring open-world RPGs and MMORPGs, consumed by their lore and crafting theories about their narratives. I'm also drawn to the suspenseful atmosphere of horror games and the intricate narratives of crime-themed titles, bringing a unique perspective to my writing. Beyond gaming, I have a fascination with anything unexplained and chilling, a passion that often spills over into my exploration of horror games. When I'm not engrossed in a virtual world, you can find me curled up and spending time with my adorable doggy sidekick, Teemo. As Managing Editor, I'm committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our writing team. I communicate openly with my team members, addressing any content-related issues and providing guidance to help them excel.
