Sifu: How To Unlock Secret Endings
Sifu has added cutscenes and a secret ending that skilled players can unlock. While you are on the path of revenge, you can go full Shonen manga style and try to forgive those that wronged you. That means there is a way for you to spare each boss instead of going for the kill. The formula for doing so to each boss is the same, but it’s easier said than done.
How to Spare Bosses
To spare a boss, you have to break their structure twice. Breaking it requires that you execute perfect parries. Once it happens, players often try to end the fight there, reducing their opponent’s HP to zero for the kill. What you’ll need to do is let the boss recover.
After they recover, break their structure a second time. Once you do this, you’ll get an option to spare the boss instead of killing them. Each boss will have a secret cutscene that unlocks after the fight.

You can only do this in the second phase of the battle, so reach it first before attempting this method. It will take some practice, especially with the final two bosses who have patterns that aren’t easy to parry. That said, the other bosses aren’t easy either, and you may find yourself repeating some of the fights several times before succeeding.

The Secret Ending
The secret ending unlocks once you spare the final boss Yang. By doing so, you establish yourself as a true master, and the secret will then play. We don’t want to spoil you with any more details and leave it for those who achieve this feat.
