The Chasm Genshin Impact Location, Where To Find Guide

BY JC Paredes 5 years AGO 2 MIN READ

The Chasm is one of Liyue’s most important mining areas, attracting miners from all over the nation to mine valuable rocks, ores, and other materials until it was shut down by the Yuehai Pavilion due to strange disasters occurring throughout the mines.

The Chasm Location

Although the Chasm has not yet been released, gamers can explore the closed entrance gate. Go to the Lingju Pass portal waypoint and then on to the player icon.

There, you’ll find Shizhuang the Strong in front of the locked path leading to Liyue’s largest mine, the Chasm.

Players should speak with Shizhuang because he knows a lot about the Chasm and why the Liyue Qixing decided to shut it!

Release Date

With the Genshin Impact 1.5 update drawing near, The Chasm will be available on April 27, 2021. It will introduce a new boss named Dahaka, who will eventually appear in Genshin Impact as a new weekly boss. The story of the Chasm is linked to Zhongli, and Baizhu may appear during the main storyline.

The Mysterious Mines

  • When speaking with Shizhuang, players learn that mining in the Chasm was halted after the miners discovered something frightening – most likely a creature, as the NPC discusses that a miner who witnessed the event is still in a vegetative state.
  • This suggests that, like Dragonspine, the Chasm will feature new opponents, world bosses, activities, explorations, and more. This time, the Traveler and the Liyue Qixing will attempt to reclaim the chasm from the monstrous beasts’ control.
