The King Of Fighters 15 Officially Announced At EVO 2019
EVO 2019, the largest event dedicated to combat video games, took place last weekend. It was an event full of announcements, but among all of them, there is one that will make many players happy. It was announced that The King of Fighters 15, the new chapter in SNK’s historic brawler series, is currently under development.
Unfortunately, nothing else has been said. No gameplay has been shown or an image has been revealed, other than that of the logo that you can see above. Furthermore, no details on the mechanics or on the novelty possibilities that SNK intends to introduce in The King of Fighter 15 have been revealed.
We do not know what the consoles are or a potential release date. Thinking logically, it seems unlikely to be released in the first half of 2020, so there is at least the possibility that it is a title made for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Scarlett.
The previous chapter, or The King of Fighters 14, was released in 2016, receiving praise from both fans and critics. The game received a major update in January 2017 and a few months later it was also released on Steam. Nothing has been said about the series since.
Tell us, what do you think about the announcement? Would you have preferred to see a trailer, or is the fact just knowing that The King of Fighters 15 is in development enough?
