Where to find / How to summon Moder

• Moder is a boss that can be found in the Mountains biome of Valheim. To summon Moder, you’ll need to collect three dragon eggs and place them on the sacrificial stones.

Where to find Dragon Eggs

Dragon eggs can be found in the Mountain biome inside large stone structures that resemble dragon nests. These structures can be identified by the presence of large eggs that emit a green glow.

Collecting the dragon’s eggs requires breaking them with a pickaxe or other strong tool. Be careful, as smashing a dragon egg can provoke the drakes in the area.

• Once you have all three dragon eggs, head to the altar. Place the dragon eggs on the sacrificial stones located around the altar.

How to Defeat Moder

• Moder is weak against fire damage, so bring weapons like the Flametalon or the Draugr Fang, which deal fire damage.
• Armor with high frost and fire resistance is also recommended since Moder can inflict both types of damage.
• Moder can attack with frost breath and summon frost patches, so try to avoid getting hit by these attacks.

• Moder has weak points on its chest and head. Focus your attacks on these areas to deal maximum damage.
• Drinking Frost Resistance Mead before the fight can help you to resist Moder’s frost attacks.
• Moder is a tough boss, so it’s recommended to bring a group of players to the fight. Having multiple players can help you to deal more damage and take down Moder faster.
