Kevin James has been active in the show business since 1996. He became more known after starring in the hit sitcom King of Queens in the late ’90s to early 2000s. James has also become more than just a comedian as he also produced and wrote his own movies. But, after a fruitful three-decade career, it seems that Kevin James may be out of the spotlight. However, that isn’t actually the case.
As of now, Kevin James is still actively entertaining his fans through stand-up comedy. He has been going around the United States in the past year for his “The Irregardless Tour”. The 58-year-old comic isn’t stopping yet in making people laugh with his jokes. On September 27, James will be gracing his fans at the Stifel Theatre in St. Louis, Missouri. In 2022, James starred in a Netflix original film titled “Home Team”. The movie is based on the real-life events of football coach Sean Payton. The story revolves around Payton, who coached his son’s middle school football team after he was indefinitely suspended by the NFL in the 2012 season. This year, Kevin James is set to return as a voice actor for an animated film, Leo. He will work once again with his long-time friend, Adam Sandler, who will voice the titular character. It’s worth noting that Kevin James and Adam Sandler have worked together on tons of projects like the Hotel Transylvania franchise, Grown Ups 1 & 2, Hubie Halloween, I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, 50 First Dates, Pixels, Paul Blart: Mall Cop, Zookeeper, and many more.

Well, that meme has been going viral and has taken the internet by storm. But, where is it from? After thorough research (just kidding), we found out this is a stock photo from a Getty image promotional picture from the beloved ’90s sitcom, King of Queens. Kevin James played the smart-aleck and whimsical delivery man, Doug Heffernan. He starred alongside Leah Remini and Jerry Stiller who plays his wife, Carrie Heffernan, and father-in-law, Arthur Spooner.

The American sitcom was a huge success in the late ’90s which ran for 207 episodes in 9 years (1998-2007). Kevin James would blossom into one of the best movie comics after his great performance in King of Queens. Just a few days ago, James posted a photo on Instagram celebrating the show’s 25th anniversary. Maybe this could have been the real culprit behind the Kevin James meme!
