Xbox One survival game Vigor free to play for limited time only
Bohemia Interactive has announced that its survival game Vigor will be available as a free-to-play title on the Xbox One starting this weekend, August 8.
The developers are giving players the chance to sample the Xbox timed exclusive game for free all weekend.
The game is currently in what Xbox coins the “Game Preview” phase. Essentially gamers are encouraged to try the game with early access granted.
So far, more than half a million gamers have tried Vigor, with developers Bohemia opting for Xbox exclusively launching for the platform first because of Sony’s lack of an early access program l
It will come to PS4 sometime later and a PC release has not yet been announced.
The free period ends on August 11 but players can keep playing by purchasing a Founder’s Pack for $20.
