You can be eligible for the video call fansign raffle when you purchase SUGA’s Solo Album ‘D-DAY’. To enter the fansign raffle, you need to purchase at least one SUGA l Agust D Solo Album ‘D-DAY’ on Weverse Shop GLOBAL during the event period and check the steps below to lock in your entry.

• All you have to do: Purchase SUGA’s album to have a raffle entry. So if you have an extra budget for new BTS albums, then take your chance here. You may get your chance to face SUGA in a fansign!
• Note that when you only purchase the Weverse Albums ver. of SUGA l Agust D Solo Album ‘D-DAY’, it’s not eligible for the event entry. However, the SUGA l Agust D Solo Album ‘D-DAY’ SET +’D-DAY’ (Weverse Albums ver.) SET is eligible.

How to enter the raffle event

Let’s say you already bought SUGA’s album, and are now eligible for the video call fansign’s raffle. Here’s a step-by-step guide on what you need to do to have a chance. Firstly, Here’s what you need to provide for your entry, and ensure that your personal information is correct and free from errors.

  • Date of birth (in YYYYMMDD format)
  • KakaoTalk ID
  • Valid mobile phone number

1. Log in to your Weverse Shop Account. Make sure you’re logged in to your Weverse Shop account, the same one used to purchase the album. If you don’t have an account, simply sign up for Weverse and join the artist’s Weverse using the same account as your Weverse Shop account.
2. Once logged in, find the Raffle Page. Tap on “Enter Raffle” on the announcement posted on the artist’s Weverse, where you’re already logged in using your Weverse Shop account. This will redirect you to the raffle page.
3. Remember, the raffle winner will be chosen based on the time of raffle entry and the time of payment for the album. So, make sure you entered the raffle at the right time and have paid for the album.
4. Complete the raffle entry on Weverse to participate in the event.

The number of albums you ordered on Weverse Shop GLOBAL (not the number of orders you placed) during the event period will automatically count the same number of times towards your raffle entries. For album sets, the total number of albums included in the sets will count toward the raffle entries.

Raffle Dates and Winner Announcement

The raffle entry period is from Monday, April 3, 2023, 11:00 AM to Tuesday, April 18, 2023, 11:59 PM (KST). The winner announcement drops on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 2:00 PM (KST), which will be posted in a notice. The raffle winners will also be able to check the My Events page to see if they have won. In total, there will be 50 winners.

• BTS SUGA’s video call fansign happens on Friday, April 21, 2023. The exact time has yet to be announced, and each winner has one (1) minute to talk with SUGA.
• Only the raffle winner is permitted to participate in the fansign. The winning raffle cannot be transferred or sold. Additionally, canceling your album order after entering the raffle will result in exclusion from the raffle.

• Get ready to have a video call fansign on the KakaoTalk mobile application at the scheduled time. You’ll receive a message on KakaoTalk before the event starts to inform you that the video call session has begun. Remember to have your valid photo ID on hand when the staff asks for it. • Make sure you’re in a good location with a stable internet connection. Technical issues may happen still. But don’t worry, if the connection fails twice during your turn, the next winner will get their chance. They will attempt one more call after the following winner finishes their turn, but if you miss that call or cannot answer for any reason, we will have to move on to the next winner.
• Make the video call a safe place for the artist, and show respect. During the video call fansign, the staff will be closely monitoring the proceedings to ensure the safety and well-being of the artists. The entire session will also be recorded for future reference. However, if the staff deems that the video call is inappropriate or violates the nature of the fansign in any way, it will be terminated without any prior warning.
