CS:GO x Squid Game Crossover, How To Play Custom Map

There seems to be no end in sight for Squid Game references in the gaming world. The Netflix-produced Korean show has found its way into one of the best-known FPS shooter games, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Yes, it is happening CS: GO players! Get ready to experience Squid Game in your favorite game.

A group of Modders including Animist, Concole, and DepoSit have developed a mod that is available in the game’s workshop. The mod “offers all fully working game modes from the original show” apart from the Squid Game itself.

Players can experience Red Light, Green Light, the marbles game, Tug of War in CS: GO now. Even the main staircase from Squid Game and the dormitory is available in the mod.

HOW TO PLAY

To experience this mod, players can download the mod from the CS: GO workshop page by searching for “Squid Game”. Then select the mod and subscribe to it. Then the mod is added to the subscriptions and is accessible in-game after this. You may also CLICK HERE to access the page!

The games available are as follows:

• The cookie game, where players need to cut out the shape of the cookie. Players use their knives to cut out the shape of the cookie.
• The tug of war looks like a collective time event.
• The Red Light, Green Light, the game will need players to cross a field where an extra move will kill players
• In Marbles, players need to make a bet and guess the opponent’s bet
• In the Glass Tile game, players will have to cross a bridge that has two sets of glass for each step: normal and tempered. Jumping over the tempered glass will bear your weight, while the ordinary glass will break and players will fall to their deaths.
• The Squid Game is substituted with a stage called “Not a Squid Game” where players are given knives and are left to fight among themselves until a single player emerges as the winner.
