Pauleen Luna is now trending online for allegedly filing a case against her child, Talitha or Tali’s bully, who’s only known as Analyn. However, there are claims that the said legal complaint isn’t true at all and is only propaganda by the perpetrator herself to try to scam people for money. So, what’s the truth behind this?
Pauleen Luna’s Alleged Legal Action to Stop Tali’s Bully
Tali has been subjected to bullying whenever her mom, Pauleen Luna, posts a photo of her on social media. With the bashing and shaming the six-year-old kid has been experiencing, the former Eat Bulaga host has allegedly taken legal action to stop this from happening.
Facebook user Analyn shared a screenshot of Pauleen’s alleged private message to her, alleging the actress would formally file a case against her regarding the series of bullying incidents that Tali had been subjected to. The note also read that Pauleen attached copies and screenshots of all the evidence related to the said cyberbullying incidents.
The screenshot also included Analyn’s malicious post about Tali when she shared Pauleen and Vic Sotto’s photo in front of a cochinillo, a roasted piglet, saying the child was cute even though she wasn’t included in the snap. “Cute naman ni baby tali,” she captioned the post.
Her succeeding posts seemed to show she was already arrested and serving her alleged jail time at the police station. She has also issued a public apology on her page, claiming she was only misinterpreted and stressing she thought Tali was the one who took their picture.
Is the Alleged Bully of Pauleen Luna’s Daughter Arrested?
Though Analyn seemingly claims that she’s already arrested after Pauleen Luna allegedly filed a case against her, it remains to be seen if it’s true. So far, there is no formal news about it, and Pauleen has yet to break her silence about the claims. She doesn’t even announce anything on her socials.
Facebook user Damarchus Boxing claimed the alleged case was “fake and a scam.” Allegedly, Analyn and his friends were only making up stories that Pauleen filed a case against her for financial help. The netizen even pointed out the differences in the account that sent a message to Analyn and Pauleen’s real page.
The name of the Pauleen that was seen on Analyn’s post has no hyphen between her maiden and married names, while the real one has this sign in between the said names. Also, the alleged fake account lives in Bacolod City, and the real Pauleen only seemingly has a fan page.
“This is a public announcement to please be careful and always analyze news whether it is TRUE or FAKE,” Damarchus Boxing captioned the post.
The Cyberbullying Tali Has Been Experiencing
At an early age, Tali has already been subjected to a worse case of cyberbullying. The kid has been body- and face-shamed and has experienced other forms of bullying online. She, too, has suffered different name-callings on social media.
Hence, in 2020, Pauleen warned to file a case against Tali’s bully, claiming she could easily opt for legal action as the basher was cyberbullying and shaming a minor. Though the bully refused to make a public apology at first, they ended up giving one, asking for forgiveness from the family, fans, and Tali’s parents. However, Pauleen didn’t reveal whether she accepted the apology or would continue with the case.
Cyberbullying has been prevalent nowadays, and many are openly and bravely doing it while hiding their real identities online. Some only make it for fun, while others are after the clout at the expense of others, and this time, of an innocent child. That said, no one can blame Pauleen if she ever plans to file a case against anyone who has been continuously bullying her child.
