Want to have more Digimon Survive characters in your collection? In this recently launched game, they are offering one of their popular characters for free. However, players need to unlock and do several steps to get the bonus Guilmon character. There are two versions to get Guilmon, there’s a physical and a digital version.
So we are here to help you to get Guilmon, the fire-breathing reptile monster Digimon. To get it, you must first buy and download Digimon Survive already. Then players must be playing the game during the first month of its launch (until August 29)Â to get Guilmon. Therefore, getting the game after 30-days and you won’t be able to get Guilmon anymore.

Digital Version
- The digital version is the easiest way to get Guilmon.
- You just need to buy the digital version on their official website. On the website, you also have other stores to choose from and buy from. You may choose directly at the Bandai Namco Store, Target, Walmart, Amazon, and Best Buy.
- Take note that to choose the Digital Month 1 Edition to easily get Guilmon.
- After getting the game and once you start, you are going to be notified automatically that you now have the Guilmon character.

Physical Version
- To get the physical version, you need to go out and buy it from official reseller shops.
- After buying a physical copy, you must have a redeemable code from any of the console online stores (Nintendo, Bandai Namco Entertainment, and more).
- Once you have the code, you can now unlock the Guilmon character in the game.
- This version is not easy since there could be instances where it’s not available in physical stores.
Good luck in getting Guilmon through your desired versions of the game. You still have until August 29 to avail Guilmon. So once you have it, you can take it on an adventure. Then make Guilmon level up and evolve in the game.
