Haligtree Secret Medallion

The Haligtree Secret Medallion is a Key Item in Elden Ring that allows you to use the Grand Lift of Rold to access a secret passageway. Elden Ring’s key items are a range of artifacts found in specified locations or given by relevant NPCs that can be used to open sections, missions, and advance the game’s story.

Brandishing the medallion with both halves conjoined will activate the Grand Lift of Rold, granting access to a hidden path.
In other words, this secret medallion will guide the bearer to the land of Miquella’s Haligtree.

More specifically, you must travel to Elden Ring’s Albinaurics Village.

Begin at the Liurnia Lake Shore Grace Site. To get to the swamp, ride west until the freshwater runs out. Continue west and seek for a left-hand slope that ascends.

You’ll come to a lone hut with a graveyard at the top of the slope, which you should pass, turn left, and ascend the incline that slopes eastward. This slope will take you immediately to two huts, and just behind those structures is a single pot against the rock.

When you hit that pot, you’ll be greeted by a friendly Albinauric who will give you the Haligtree Secret Medallion.
