The recently concluded 29th Screen Actors Guild Awards 2023 recognized the best shows and actors in the past year. Movies like Elvis, The Banshees of Inisherin, The Woman King, Tár, Everything Everywhere All At Once, and more, get nominated for various awards. However, Everything Everywhere All At Once bagged huge awards in the SAG Awards 2023, including three out of four individual award categories. Before we jump straight to all the winners, let’s take a look at the hugely acclaimed A24’s Everything Everywhere All At Once. The film’s ensemble took the Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture.
- The Best Actress in a Leading Role has been the talk of the town in these consecutive award shows. Ana De Armas for Blonde, Cate Blanchett for Tár, Danielle Deadwyler for Till, Michelle Yeoh for Everything Everywhere, and Viola Davis for The Woman King. Yeoh’s performance in the said film bagged her the Best Female Actor award.
- Alongside this, the film’s supporting actors Ke Huy Quan and Jamie Lee Curtis received both the Best Supporting Male Actor and Supporting Female Actor awards, respectively. Stephanie Hsu got nominated as well for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role.
- With Michelle Yeoh and Ke Huy Quan receiving their respective awards, it makes them the first Asian actors in each category to bag the Best Female Actor and Best Supporting Male Actor in the SAG Awards 2023.
- Moreover, this annual Screen Actors Guild 2023 win for A24 has been massive, earning four trophies from Everything Everywhere, and the Best Male Actor in a Lead Role from Brendan Fraser’s performance in The Whale.

- The American actress, Sally Field, accepts the Life Achievement Award from her The Amazing Spider-Man co-star Andrew Garfield. In her speech, she remembers her memorable character portrayals, “I’ve been Mrs. Doubtfire’s employer, Forrest Gump’s mother, Lincoln’s wife, and Spider-Man’s aunt,” she said. Field recently acted in the comedy film 80 for Brady.
