FC Barcelona wants to sign Robert Lewandowski, whose contract in Bundesliga expires next year.
As a football fan, I’m intrigued by every major transfer that a champion club makes to strengthen its team. This increases the excitement and enjoyment of this sport for all football fans. The Bayern Munich striker has been on Barcelona’s radar for about a year, and his contract expires soon, thus FC Barca is planning a summer transfer.
This week, Lewandowski’s manager will meet with his current club to negotiate his original contract, although any agreement appears highly questionable.
FC BARCELONA Needs Robert Lewandowski
There is presently no agreement yet but Lewandowski and his agent are clearly having an interest in the Catalan giants.
After Leo’s departure last summer, the Barcelona management believes the squad is lacking in leaders and big stars who will carry the team when necessary, a position that Lewy satisfies. We won’t know if Robert Lewandowski is a suitable fit for Barcelona until we see him play in the traditional red and blue kit. One thing is certain: he can lead and will undoubtedly improve the Catalan Club’s attacking prowess.
Bayern Munich Not Letting Lewy Go Says Julian Nagelsmann
Despite his contract expiring at the end of next season, Julian Nagelsmann’s side made it clear – they have no intention of letting Lewandowski go. Lewy is currently the Bundesliga’s second-best goal scorer. And in a few more seasons, he will undoubtedly become the league’s leading goal scorer.
Should Bayern Munich and the club reach an agreement, the club is willing to grant Robert Lewandowski a three-year deal, subject to his request.
Bundesliga’s All Time Leading Scorers (Top 5)

- Gerd Müller – 365
- Robert Lewandowski – 309

Robert Lewandowski’s Wife Learning Spanish
Anna Lewandowski, Robert Lewandowski’s wife, appears to be hinting to her followers about the striker’s move to La Liga.
“I’m starting to learn Spanish! Any tips? Let me know,”
-Mrs. Lewandowski wrote on her IG Story.
She’s probably hinting at her husband’s transfer to Barcelona. This could be true, but we have no way of knowing for sure because she may simply wish to learn the language. It’s unclear why she posted such a thing, given that the Pole is said to be interested in joining the Catalan team.
