Where to Find Birthday Presents in Fortnite
The celebrations on the Battle Island are in full swing as Fortnite celebrates its sixth birthday this year. Aside from the Birthday Presents, players can also find other birthday-themed items scattered around the Island. These items include the Birthday Cake and Balloons, which you can interact with.
Of course, what’s a Fortnite event without special quests to complete and awesome rewards to redeem? The birthday-themed items each have their own purpose: you need to do something with them in order to progress through the Birthday Quests that are live right now in Fortnite.

Go to any named location and look for a Birthday Cake

Although your primary objective is to collect Birthday Presents, found as loot, going to any of these locations is a quick way for you to complete the quest. This is because Birthday Presents have a higher spawn rate in an area where there is a Birthday Cake.

How to Collect & Use Birthday Presents in Fortnite
Birthday Presents can be picked up like other loot in Fortnite. To collect and use them, equip the Birthday Presents first and then throw them on the ground. Using your Pickaxe, break the item open. Make sure to do this three times in order to complete the quest.

Once you break open one of the Birthday Presents, it will reward you with either an Epic or Legendary Loot you can use to be one step closer to getting that Victory Royale.
