It further translates that she will be an Electro support from Inazuma. As of now, she is nameless and her existence is still questionable.

Eula rerun
Eula is the only Year 2 character that is yet to receive a rerun. It seems like HoYoverse has almost forgotten about her. Hope remains for Eula worshippers as the following Reddit post hinted at her rerun in Genshin Impact 3.8.
Team China shared information about a limited-time island for version 3.8, along with a storyline related to Eula. Additionally, there will be Easter eggs for Fontaine, marking the end of the Sumeru journey for travelers.

To add on to the rumors for Genshin Impact version 3.8, Wriothesley has to be mentioned. He was was initially disclosed as Varka and is supposed to appear in the game around the same patch. There haven’t been a lot of updates for the character, but various fan-made visuals have hyped up the Genshin community.

More leaks on him suggest that he is set to be a Cryo character for the time being. Assuming that no new changes are put in place, players will soon greet him in the game.
