How to begin?

How to complete the mission?
- Approach Sara at The Good Hunter and inquire about Mondstadt specialties.

- A YES answer to her question will give you dandelions.

- To get the ingredients Charles, head southeast of Blizzard Plateau. A yellow map marker should be visible.
