For a multitude of reasons, Halo Infinite has piqued the interest of gamers. Infinite also reintroduces the Master Chief to a promising new storyline in which he must track down his missing AI friend, Cortana. So here are the people behind the voices we’ll be hearing in the near future!
CORTANA / DR. HALSEY: Jen Taylor
- Taylor portrays the AI clone of Dr. Catherine Halsey. Because her voice is synonymous with the property, Showtime has hired her as Cortana in the impending Halo tv series.
- In a strange fatal twist, he also mentioned Apple’s Cortana speech assistant for Windows, which is similar to Siri. Microsoft, on the other hand, may want you to forget about it!
MASTER CHIEF / JOHN-117: Steve Downes
- Despite his previous modest roles, Martin O’Donnell, the game’s voice acting director and soundtrack composer, was impressed by Downes’ delivery of Master Chief.
- When O’Donnell joined Bungie to work on Halo: Combat Evolved, he recruited Downes to play Master Chief, the game’s lead character, which he has done ever since.
THE PILOT / ECHO-216: Nicolas Roye
- Nicolas Roye is a voice actor who has portrayed Chuuya Nakahara, Shisui Uchiha, and Mikey Kudo in various video games. Now it’s up to him to bring The Pilot, also known as Echo-216, to life.
WAR CHIEF ESCHARUM: Darin De Paul
- Darin De Paul is an American voice actor who has played Reinhardt in Overwatch, Dr. Samuel Hayden / Seraphim in Doom and Doom Eternal, J. Jonah Jameson in Spider-Man, Revenant in Apex Legends, Emperor Calus in Destiny 2. He also played Ardyn Izunia in Final Fantasy XV in video games.
