How to finish Pokémon Go Hoenn Celebration Field Research and Timed Research tasks?

The Pokémon Go Hoenn Celebration event is live and it brings with it a host of Field and Timed Research tasks. The Hoenn Celebration Event also features a Hoenn Collection Challenge which is different from the usual Field and Time Research Tasks.

The event is scheduled from 19th to 24th January amidst which players can take advantage of increased spawn rates of various Pokémon, a couple of Legendary rewards and updated Raid and Egg Pools too.

Field Research tasks for Hoenn Event

The Field Research tasks for Hoenn Event are as follows:

• Catch 3 Pokémon with Weather Boost – Treecko/Torchic/Mudkip
• Catch 11 Pokémon – Plusle/Minun
• Power up Pokémon 5 times – Aron
• Power up Pokémon 9 times – Wailmer

Time Research tasks for Hoenn Event

The Time Research tasks for Hoenn Event are as follows:

• Catch two Kyogre to earn 10 Kyogre Candies.
• Catch two Groudon to earn 10 Groudon Candies.
• Catch 30 Pokémon to earn 30 Poké Balls.

Field and Timed Research Rewards for Hoenn Event

Post the completion of the Field and Timed Research tasks trainers will be rewarded with 3,000 XP, one Silver Pinap Berry and an encounter with Rayguaza.

Hoenn Collection Challenege

To complete the Hoenn Collection Challenge all you need to do is capture a few specific Pokémon by which you will earn some special rewards that include 3,000 XP, one Incense, and three Silver Pinap Berries.
