Andariel’s Visage is one of the rarest items in Diablo 4 along with eight other Uber Uniques you can get in the game. The Unique helm known for its versatility can significantly enhance your build, particularly for the Rogue and Necromancer character classes.

How to obtain Andariel’s Visage in Diablo 4
Make sure that your character is at a level 85 or above and you play at World Tier IV in order to get your hands on this item. You can start playing at World Tier IV when you complete the capstone dungeon, The Fallen Temple. You can easily change World Tiers on the main menu.
Reward drops from Endgame activities
In order to get the Unique helmet, you need to focus on playing the endgame activities which feature a lot of Elites. Participate in the Helltide Events which provide ample opportunities to farm rare items.
Keep running Nightmare Dungeons in a loop and you may even consider teaming up with other players while doing this. These dungeons are filled with strong enemies and have a higher chance of dropping Uniques.
Focus on slaying the elite enemies using the builds which maximize your damage output and consider using skills that hit multiple enemies at once. For nightmare dungeons, ensure that you are using Nightmare Sigils of tier 31 or higher to increase the chances of getting the helmet.
Defeat Uber Bosses
Defeating the Uber bosses like Duriel and Andariel can unlock high tier rewards, thereby increasing the chance of getting the helmet.
To summon the boss Duriel you will require Mucus-Slick Egg and the Shard of Agony. These items can be farmed by defeating the bosses Echo of Varshan and Grigoire. Alternatively, summoning the boss Andariel requires Sandscorched Shackles and Pincushioned Doll, found by defeating Lord Zir and Beast in the Ice.
Locate the Uber bosses Duriel and Andariel in the Gaping Crevasse and Hanged Man’s Hall dungeons respectively.
Craft the Unique item
Apart from participating in endgame activities, you may even consider using your Unique items to get Resplendent Sparks. You can later exchange 5 Sparks to get a Unique item. However, you may need to repeat the same process a few times before you get the Andariel’s Visage.
What does the Andariel’s Visage do
The Andariel’s Visage is a unique helmet known for its devastating poison nova ability. It can trigger a poison explosion that deals damage over time to your surrounding enemies. Being not a class-specific item makes it a versatile gear for all the players.
When you include this item in your build, all your stats are increased, your attack speed is enhanced, life steal and resistance to poison damage are increased as well. Additionally, you get a Lucky Hit chance ranging from 15-20% to trigger the poison nova that gives the surrounding enemies poison damage for 5 seconds.
