• You can’t get Star Glitters by accomplishing missions or conquering bosses; instead, you have to use a completely specific process, which is why they’re so rare. Star Glitters, like Primogems, are currencies.
• So, in order to acquire Star Glitters in Genshin, you must first acknowledge that this rare asset can only be gained through using Fates to make a wish.
