The lore resets in this series hence the “1” in the name, as this game is set in a time after the event of Mortal Kombat 11. Keeping aside the lore and improved graphics, this game also offers new features, with the Kameo Feature being a fresh addition to the popular fighting game.

What is the release date for Mortal Kombat 1?
Mortal Kombat 1 is ready to be released later this year on 19th September 2023. The game will be available on PS4/5, Xbox (excluding 360) and PC. Lastly, you can pre-order the game and choose between the two available editions (Standard and Deluxe editions) to get some extra benefits at the time of release.
