Fans of the game theorized about a possible anime adaptation at the beginning of February. In Square Enix’s recent live stream, they have finally put the speculations to rest. They dropped a teaser trailer that features 2B holding a katana. Pod 042 also shows up in the teaser.

There are no details yet on the number of episodes or the release date. But the teaser trailer already has fans thinking about what’s to come.
