The International Olympic Committee (IOC) founded the Olympic Esports Series (OES), a worldwide virtual and simulated sports competition, in conjunction with international federations (IFs) and game developers. Olympic Esports 2023: Just Dance
Just Dance is a motion-based music video game that Ubisoft created and released. In this game, players use motion controllers to accurately imitate the dancing moves of on-screen dancers, receiving points for doing so. After a long battle in the qualifier round, Ubisoft and the World Dance Sport Federation chose well-known athletes from their community to compete in the OES Finale in Singapore.

These eight finalists will be dancing off against each other at Suntec Conference and Exhibition Centre in Singapore on 23 June to be crowned Olympic Esports Finals winner. Just Dance Olympic Esports 2023: Format
The format for Just Dance Olympic Esports is fairly straight-forward and is as follows:
- A single-elimination knockout bracket with a straight 1v1 elimination method will be created for the eight winners.
- This will feature a “One Song Challenge” format for the quarterfinals before moving to a best-of-three format for the semifinals and finals.
- Players get game-related points, but judges decide who wins each match-up.
Note: A draw will happen to create a bracket for these 8 finalists.
