Microsoft’s Perfect Dark Reboot will be shown at Xbox June Showcase, claims NateTheHate, a trusted source for video game leaks and news. This comes after recent news that the game has seen “little meaningful progress” and remains in “a very rough state”.
NateTheHate said in a livestream that “Perfect Dark is not in that bad of a state.” He said, “At this point, I fully expect that we will see Perfect Dark next month, and that some of the more recent rumors may have been outdated information.”
Just 3 days back, Jeff Grubb, a prominent game journalist said this on a podcast:
I’ve been hearing for years that Perfect Dark is in a rough state, it sounds like it’s in a very rough state. It doesn’t sound like it’s really come together in any way since then.
Many others have called the game “a big, protracted mess”, “hard to push a boulder up a steep hill”, and much more. Matt Booty, head of Xbox Game Studios once said that the game was playable and more was to be expected to be shown in 2024.
It seems like we’re in a leak battle-off for Perfect Dark.
