Pokemon GO Fest is the biggest event of the year for fans of the long-running mobile game. This anticipated festival takes place from Friday, August 18, 2023, to Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Randall’s Island Park and throughout New York City.
This weekend-long Global event can be enjoyed for free, but there’s also a ticketed version that includes some exclusive features.
- General admission tickets are on sale now for the limited-time Early Bird price of $25 US.
- On the other hand, regular admission tickets will be $30 US.
- There’s a limited number of tickets, and they’ll be up for grabs until they run out, following a first-come, first-served rule.

Where to buy Pokemon GO Fest NYC 2023 tickets
You have two options for buying your GO Fest 2023 Tickets: either through the Niantic Ticket store or directly from the in-game store. Whichever method you decide on, you’ll see the “Tickets Available!” label next to any experiences that haven’t been fully booked yet.

All tickets will be sold on a first-come first serve basis. And hey, you can even snag a ticket for your buddy, too, but just a heads up, you need to be at least Great Friends with the trainer to make that happen.
- You can purchase a ticket via Niantic web store.
- You can also buy the tickets In Pokemon GO app by tapping the Main Menu Button from the Map Screen, then tap Events.
Gifting a ticket to a friend
When you’re getting your own ticket, you can grab one for your friends as well.
- You’ll spot some boxes where you can type in your friends’ usernames if you want to buy them tickets.
- Only one name per box is allowed.
- You can only buy tickets for the same event on a single purchase, so you’ll all be in for the same awesome experience.
GO Fest NYC 2023 schedule
You’ve got a choice to make, fellow trainers! You can go for the Morning Park Experience or the Afternoon Park Experience. That way, you can dive into the park’s wonders in the AM or PM, and then have the rest of your day free to soak in all the awesomeness that New York City brings.
You will only be able to play Pokemon GO within Randall’s Island Park during the Park Experience hours listed on your ticket.
Morning Park Experience
- With this ticket, you can explore the park from 9:00 am until 1:30 pm.
- Venture out to explore all that New York City has to offer from 2:30 pm until 7:00 pm for an event-exclusive gameplay experience.
Afternoon Park Experience
- With this ticket, you have the chance to explore New York City for an exclusive gameplay experience from 9:00 am until 1:30 pm, before exploring the park.
- After enjoying the sights of New York City, explore the park from 2:30 pm until 7:00 pm for your in-park Go Fest Experience.
