PS5 may support backwards compatibility via system update
Sony hasn’t confirmed yet whether all of the PS4 games will be compatible with PS5 or not. We also don’t know how it will work.
Thankfully this new listing at resetera has given us an idea of what to expect.
According to this, PS5 will “play a back catalog of supported PS4 games with system update.”
We don’t know what or how this works, but hopefully, we will get more when PS5 is officially shown to the public.
In other news, there’s a rumored PS5 reveal event happening on June 3. You can read all about it here.
