Alleged QCPD Bodycam Footage of Ronaldo Valdez’s Crime Scene Leaks Online
The news of the shocking passing of veteran actor Ronaldo Valdez continues to dominate every news outlet, and yet the story keeps revealing more shocking details. A leaked bodycam footage of the discovery of the late actor’s body is circulating online. Who will be held accountable for this insensitive act?
Has the QCPD released the footage?
The video in circulation appears to have been recorded by an individual, presumably a member of the QCPD, wearing a bodycam. The distressing scenes portray a group of individuals, seemingly paramedics, surrounding Ronaldo Valdez.
The person we believe to be a policeman is observed inquiring with a man in a white t-shirt about the events, promptly relaying the information to his command center, and characterizing the incident as a ‘suicide’ based on the observed circumstances.
Negligence of Duty
A closer examination of the leaked footage reveals a disconcerting lapse in the performance of duty by the first responders. Not only were they without the necessary protective gear, such as gloves, but their movements in the room lacked the requisite caution.
- The paramedics, rather than promptly assessing vital signs, stared at the body, presuming the actor to be deceased.
- The policeman further compounded the situation by handling the firearm found in Ronaldo Valdez’s possession without using protective gloves or cloth, risking the contamination of potential evidence.
- Only after a few moments in the video, it appeared that the actor made a sound or was observed breathing. It was only then that the policeman directed the paramedics to take the actor to a hospital.
- Even when they moved the actor’s body from the chair to the backboard, it seemed as if they treated Valdez as if he were a deceased body rather than a victim who urgently needed transport to the hospital from the moment he showed signs of life.
Legal Actions
While there are no direct statements from the late actor’s family, his manager, Jamela Santos, posted her sentiments online and asserted that they would take action after the mourning period.
In this day and age, where people are preoccupied with gaining likes, views, and their five minutes of fame, it’s crucial not to forget that being a decent human being doesn’t cost anything. In sensitive times like this, we urge the public to refrain from re-uploading and sharing the video out of respect for Ronaldo Valdez’s family and loved ones.
