The Separate Ways DLC for the Resident Evil 4 Remake is now available, and similar to the main game, there are unlockables players can get as they progress through the expansion. In the DLC, players see things through Ada Wong’s perspective, the mysterious woman whom Leon S. Kennedy encounters as he embarks on his own mission: retrieving the daughter of former President Graham. Check out this guide to learn how to get all the unlockables in the Resident Evil 4 Remake: Separate Ways DLC.
All Unlockables in the Resident Evil 4 Remake: Separate Ways DLC
As players take on the role of Ada Wong, they also possess her arsenal of weapons and combat abilities. This proves essential as she goes up against tough enemies, including the U-3 or, as Osmund Saddler called it, It. To reward players’ efforts to fight their way through all types of enemies in the Separate Ways DLC, unlockables reward you with different cosmetics you can equip on characters as well as special weapons.

Unlock Professional Mode in the Resident Evil 4 Remake: Separate Ways DLC
Before we get into how to get all these Unlockables, you need to unlock the Professional Mode. It is the toughest difficulty mode, as enemies tend to be more aggressive when they see you.
To unlock Professional Mode in the Separate Ways DLC, you must meet the following criteria:
- Play through and finish the DLC in under 2 and a half hours
- Use only 10 saves throughout your entire playthrough
Once you unlock the Professional Mode, you can start setting out on a mission to obtain all the Unlockables in the DLC.
How to Get
Cat Set
You must finish the Separate Ways DLC with an S+ Rank on Professional Mode to get the Cat Set.
Chicago Sweeper
Did you know Ada Wong can also use her own Chicago Sweeper? All you have to do is complete the entire DLC with an A Rank on Professional Mode.
Countess Set
This costume set can be obtained simply by completing the Separate Ways DLC on Professional Mode, regardless of whatever rank you achieve.
Chicken Hat
A great way of reducing the fear you may feel playing through the Resident Evil 4 Remake is equipping characters with a silly cosmetic. The Chicken Hat can be unlocked by completing the DLC on Hardcode Mode or Higher and getting an S+ rank.
Cute Bear Earring
If you want to give Ada an adorable piece of jewellery, the Cute Bear Earring is unlockable by completing the Separate Ways DLC on Hardcore Mode or Higher with an A rank.
Bear Hat
You can unlock the Bear Hat by completing the DLC on Standard Mode or Higher and getting an S+ rank at the end.
Hair Color (Green)
For players who want to give Ada a new look, you can change her hair color to green by finishing the Separate Ways DLC on Standard Mode or Higher with an A rank.
Elite Knife
The Merchant is also present in the Separate Ways DLC. As you complete all the 7 Merchant Requests, you will unlock the Elite Knife.
Glasses
You can also equip glasses on Ada after completing the DLC. However, you’ll have to finish the expansion on different modes to get these.
- Standard Mode or Higher
- Glasses (Windsor)
- Sunglasses (Oversized)
- Hardcore Mode or Higher
- Glasses (Round)
- Sunglasses (Browline)
Complete Chapter 7 of the Separate Ways DLC
After completing Chapter 7, the final chapter in the DLC, you will get the following rewards. It doesn’t matter which rank you get as long as you finish the final chapter.
- Dress Costume (Ada)
- Undercover Costume (Ada)
- Vest Costume (Luis)
- Suit Costume (Wesker)
Each of these Unlockables for the Resident Evil 4 Remake: Separate Ways DLC rewards you with a corresponding amount of CP. You can then use your hard-earned CP to purchase more accessories, weapons, cosmetics, and other things in the Bonus Content store.
