Sony and Lego Working On A “Well-Known IP” (Leak)
UPDATE: It’s most probably a LEGO Horizon collaboration. Read more.
Sony and Lego might be working together on a “well-known IP“, tweeted Kurakasis, a “video game researcher”, as they call themselves. We don’t know which IP yet, but Kurakasis says the “announcement is expected soon.”
They wrote, “Sony is preparing something in cooperation with LEGO, it is related to their well-known IP, the announcement is expected soon I’m trying to find more details.” “After a moment of thought, I think the word ‘collaboration’ is more appropriate here,” they added.
But who is Kurakasis and why should we trust them?
Previously, Kurakasis have tweeted about Marvel Rivals and Marvel 1943 before they were officially revealed. In April, they tweeted we might see a new Mafia announcement as well. This is yet to materialise, but wait. They even leaked the name of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle in January before any official announcement.
That’s just a few of their proven track record. You can follow them on Twitter to check more of their work.
So, it goes to say, they know their craft pretty well.
I reached out to them on Twitter, but they said there’s no additional information at the moment apart from what’s shared already.
We won’t speculate which games we can expect, as there’s no point discussing that without solid information.
I’ll leave that to you in the comments section.
