Sony’s State of Play Announcement Will Include A “Surprise”
Sony’s upcoming State of Play event might actually occur on August 19th. Initially, rumblings about an August 12th event were circulating on social networks, with informant Robert Serrano claiming that the event had been postponed until September. Now it appears that Sony is preparing for the next State of Play event, and there may be something thrilling in store.

Rumours suggesting the next Sony State of Play will be announced tomorrow. With the Stream August 19. If so, I'd expect it to include:

🏎️ Update on Gran Turismo
💥 New suprise announcement

Future Games Show producer James Jarvis posted on Twitter that the event will be revealed shortly. There’ll be a few features to keep an eye on during the event. First and foremost, we will receive formal acknowledgment of the Horizon Forbidden West postponement, which was initially leaked.
The one thing that’s getting the most attention is definitely the “surprise announcement” stated above. Many are hoping to get a new God of War preview, Bloodborne, or maybe more about Abandoned.
And as always, these are mere speculations and rumors. We will all just have to wait and see if the above-mentioned Tweet is accurate. What do you think the surprise announcement will be? 😀
