With all the game releases this year, which was your favorite? Since 2014, the Game Awards 2022 recognizes the best and most loved happenings in the video game industry.  Game journalist Geoff Keighley produced and hosted the annual awards ceremony since. The show is happening real soon, and here are The Game Awards 2022 update and everything you probably missed!

Update on The Game Awards 2022

Let’s start with the most important information first — the date and time. As you have read before, they have announced that the ceremony happens on Thursday, December 8th, 2022. Before you miss it out, it begins at 8 P.M. EST or 5 P.M. PST.

  • If you’ll watch through their official live streams, you can access the stream 30 minutes before the said start. So, from 7:30 P.M. EST/4:30 P.M. PST, the live stream becomes available showcasing a pre-show.

  • The pre-show possibly builds up the excitement for the awarding. You can expect to see the confirmed and upcoming titles, the reveal trailers, and such.
