TikTok: Who are the highest earning + most popular footballers? Ranked

Some of the biggest names in world football like Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Kylian Mbappe may not be on TikTok. But that doesn’t stop the micro-video platform from being home to some major A-listers of football. Let’s take a look at a list of the most popular footballers on TikTok with the highest followers and earnings from each post.

Footballers’ TikTok earnings

The logic is simple and sound: the more followers you have on TikTok, the more you earn per post. And keep in mind that TikTok doesn’t pay these footballers to post on their platform.

Their earnings come from brands that pay to promote their products and services on the footballer’s handles. Advertisement earnings are more important than actual match fees for most footballers.

1st: Sergio Ramos

One of the greatest defenders of his generation, Sergio Ramos has nearly 14 million followers on TikTok. He also earns the most for a footballer on TikTok, charging around $35,000 per promotional post.
