Valorant: Update 3.03 Release Date

Valorant is a free-to-play first-person hero shooter developed and published by Riot Games. It has only been a year since its release, but it is wrecking the video game industry. No doubt, it is a great game with the insane rising popularity and that is why every news about it is very important. We have some amazing news for the fans as a new update is all set to launch very soon. Here’s what we know.

The Announcement

Riot Games, the developer of Valorant, took to Twitter to announce their mid-year break. The announcement came from the official Twitter account of Valorant named, @PlayValorant.  They announced that the mid-year break would be from August 2 to August 6.

They further went on to announce they will be coming back with a new update in the form of Patch 3.03. The release date for the patch was also revealed which is, August 10, 2021. Undoubtedly, it hyped fans a lot and now they are bracing themselves for the update next week.

“Riot Games is taking a mid-year break to recharge, so the VALORANT team will rest from Aug. 2–6. That mean’s Patch 3.03 goes up Aug.10. See ya then”, tweeted @PlayValorant.

About the Update

As of now, not much is known about the update, except its release date i.e., Aug 10. Riot Games haven’t even provided the slightest of hints as to what is about to come. That doesn’t stop fans from speculating or expecting certain things. It is being expected that a major change that the update might bring would be balancing the robot Agent KAY/O. Players are hoping for some changes in his signature ability, ZERO/point (E), and his ultimate ability, NULL/cmd (X).

• Apart from this, some bug fixes and gameplay fixes that fans point out would surely be done. Some changes in weapons can also be expected. One popular demand of the fans pertains to fixing a trick with the Stinger and Bulldog.
• But again, these are just speculations and expectations. Nothing is confirmed yet and we will have to wait for some more official information about the upcoming patch.
