North West is at it again. After the celebrity child slams Kim Kardashian’s look at the recent 2023 Met Gala, she criticizes her mom’s ex, Pete Davidson. Yup, the 10-year-old isn’t afraid to say what’s on her mind, and despite her early age, she’s already everyone’s critic, especially her mother’s. So, what did North say about Pete?
North West Roasts Pete Davidson’s Met Gala Look
North West proves she has eyes for fashion in the latest episode of The Kardashians. The celebrity royalty critics everyone’s look at the 2023 Met Gala, with Kim Kardashian even comparing her to the comedy legend Joan Rivers.
“All North wants to do is rate people’s outfits, and she loves to critique,” the reality star said. “North is like the new Joan Rivers if you ask me. And you can’t really take it seriously, getting roasted by a 10-year-old, you know? So, I never do, but it stings a little.”
Kim herself wasn’t even safe from her daughter’s prying eyes. In the earlier episode of the Hulu series, North already commented on her mother’s outfit during a dress fitting of her Schiaparelli gown made up of 50,000 freshwater pearls, saying there were “way too much gaps” between the pearls and the pearls look “fake” and seemed to be “from the dollar store.”

Kim then asked her to be “easy” on her. And though the kid obeyed, she stressed she wouldn’t lie but keep the negative comments to herself. But that didn’t stop her from criticizing other attendees, like Pete Davidson.
When the Saturday Night Live host walked the red carpet alone, North hated his look. “You’re going to the Met Gala, Pete. Not the gas station,” she continued.
During the confessional, Kim explained that North tells no lie, but she’s teaching her not to “jump in and annihilate people for no reason.” “There’s a way to soften it up and not hurt people’s feelings,” she added.
But despite being a tough critic, Kim revealed North is the sweetest and most thoughtful and loves making surprises.

For starters, Kim and Pete dated nine months after the former hosted SNL in October 2021. The two even attended the Met Gala together in 2022.
Kim Kardashian Teaches North West a Lesson about Loyalty
Meanwhile, in the same episode, Kim Kardashian taught North West a lesson about loyalty. It all started when North told her aunt, Kendall Jenner, that her mom didn’t like her 2023 Met Gala outfit, a sparkling bodysuit paired with dramatic platform boots.
Kendall then told Kylie Jenner, revealing Kim was lying about her ensemble and she didn’t like it. Kendall originally had two options and chose the one that Kim didn’t like. North told Kendall about this.

After being the ultimate truth-teller, Kim reprimanded her child and added that when she talked badly about someone, she could never tell them about it.
Anyhow, there’s still one outfit that North seems to like: Kim’s 2019 “dripping” Murgler dress. She also hates her 2021 Balenciaga look, saying she appears to be covered by a plastic bag, suffocating, and can’t see.
True enough, North West is the child of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Born from two parents who have made significant names in the fashion world, North has already proven that she has eyes for fashion—and she’s just ten. However, probably because of her early age, she seems to be too candid about it and says everything she wants to say. Though it’s a good thing that she’s never afraid to say what’s on her mind, Kim is now teaching her how to control her thoughts to avoid hurting other’s feelings.
