Dragon Ball Super Manga introduced us to Frieza’s New Transformation, Black Frieza in chapter 87. In this new form, Frieza was easily able to defeat Vegeta’s Ultra Ego and Goku’s Ultra Instinct with a single blow. On top of that, he was able to take down Gas, who wished to be the strongest mortal in Universe 7.
This feat alone makes Black Frieza really scary and stronger than a lot of God of Destructions, but is he stronger than Beerus? Who wins if Black Frieza goes against Beerus in the future of Dragonball Super? Let’s find out but before that let’s recall the past of these two.
Frieza’s intense training
- Frieza, just like his father was a mutant even in his race. He was born with abnormally high power and was naturally feared by many.
- Even in his early appearances, he had more power compared to any other, and all this without any training. After killing himself with his own blow, Frieza was seen later in the series with a new golden form where he just trained for 4 months and nearly beat Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Vegeta only if he hadn’t run out of stamina.
- Now he has returned back in Dragon Ball Super Manga with 10 years of training. Considering how fatal he was with just 4 months of training, 10 years will make a huge difference in his power and this explained him knocking out Ultra Instinct Goku with ease.
Fear of Beerus
Beerus is considered the strongest god of destruction. In addition, he was also seen fighting all other gods of destruction at the same time in manga. Furthermore, Beerus might just be the strongest after angels and Zeno. All this is confirmed in the manga when Frieza’s father stated “You should never want the bad side of Beerus and Majin Buu.” Hence, these two are the only characters Frieze is afraid of.
Fight Breakdown of Black Frieza and Beerus
- When it comes to power, Beerus has never really shown his complete strength but having been trained by Whis all the time, he is definitely regarded as the strongest non-angel character. On the other hand, Black Frieza just dominated Gas but we still consider Beerus to be more powerful.
- Beerus has been living for as long as we could remember and has all the combat experience. In addition, Frieza does too! Although compared to Beerus it would be quite less.
- Furthermore, Beerus has abilities that are supposed to cause destruction. Also, we have seen previously Beerus easily blowing away Golden Frieza’s ability off Goku.
- Although Beerus is stronger on paper, Frieza has more feats to his name. Most of his battles have been in manga and series, so we know what he is capable of. On the other hand, Beerus doesn’t have any feats against opponents like Gas, or Ultra Instinct Goku.
- Disintegrating it into the smallest parts, Beerus is a master of combat. We have seen him knocking out Goku with just one finger. On the other hand, Frieza learns quickly through his combats but Beerus has an edge on this one.
Conclusion
In my opinion, if these two powerhouses go head to head, Beerus would come out as the winner. He has a reputation to hold, and we believe he is gonna stand firm. Although, Black Frieza wouldn’t be easy to beat we still expect Beerus to manage it. But undoubtedly, Frieza is the strongest mortal in the current Universe 7.
